The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued an order today to temporarily stay both the CIT’s decision on the basis for the Administration’s use of Section 122 and the injunction on collecting Section 122 duties from 2 importers and the State of Washington.

The court also granted the governments motion to consolidate both cases into one only one set of briefs will be required.

The plaintiffs were given seven days to respond to the appeal.
